Maybe it was because law enforcement wasn’t really up to speed on what a serial killer was. Simply put, they didn’t have the tools to catch serial killers because they didn’t really know anything about the way they operated!

Man Arrested In Case Of Mom Who Was Found Dead In Trunk

True Crime Machine has learned that a 46-year-old man was arrested last week in relation to a missing mother who was found deceased in her car trunk in May.

Officers from the Texas City Police Department and the US Marshals Service located and arrested Christopher Maldonado. He was booked on charges of tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair a human corpse and assault causing bodily injury, which was reportedly an unrelated offense.
The Texas City Police Department stated that Maldonado’s arrest is connected to a missing person/suspicious death investigation dating back to May 11.

24-year-old Angela Mitchell was reported missing on May 5, and her body was later recovered from the trunk of her Honda, parked near 4th Avenue and Martin Luther King Street. Police were alerted to the vehicle after someone called to report an odor of decomposition.

The woman’s mother, Georgia Mitchell, told news agencies that the 24-year-old had engaged in prostitution in the past.

Her mother said, “They just put her in her trunk. Threw her away like she was a piece of garbage. My baby is not a piece of garbage.”

Angela has two sons and two daughters, all under 10 years old.

Her cause of death has yet to be revealed.

Maldonado’s bond was set at $200,000.

True Crime Machine has learned that woman who was strapped to a hospital gurney has become an active shooter. If she hadn’t been disarmed by a brave EMT, she could have killed many people. The woman had been taken to the HCA Conroe Hospital ER for a mental health evaluation. She was secured to a gurney but was still able to brandish her firearm and squeeze off two live rounds. She had the small-caliber gun hidden in a waistband-style holster under her dress.

According to police, the HCEC Conroe hospital EMT reacted immediately and disarmed the woman, preventing any injury.

65-year-old Glendar Jackson was brought to the ER under an emergency detention order from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. She came in contact with the police after she reportedly caused a disturbance at a local business. After the shooting, she was cleared medically and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. She will face several charges, including deadly conduct.

Conroe Police Chief Jeff Christy commended the heroic EMT that took quick and decisive action to disarm Jackson while she was firing the gun. Police say that his actions likely saved lives. Conroe Mayor Jody Czajkoski recognized the Conroe Police Department’s fast and efficient response to the active shooter situation. He is extremely thankful that the situation was resolved without anyone getting injured or killed. Questions remain as to why Jackson’s gun wasn’t discovered sooner.

True Crime Machine has discovered that a man in his early twenties was taken into custody and charged with allegedly killing and beheading his girlfriend.

The 22-year-old woman was pregnant and just a month away from giving birth.

On June 9th at around 1:00 am, Alton police officers responded to the 3400 block of Bolivar Street in regard to a possible homicide.

They were alerted because the mother of 22-year-old Liese Dodd went to the home to check on her daughter, as she had not heard from her in a few days. She arrived at the home on Bolivar Street and reportedly found her daughter dead. The boyfriend, Deundrea Holloway, was tracked down later that day in Gillespie, Illinois. He was taken into custody at that time.

Holloway is being charged with two counts of murder in the first degree and two counts of intentional homicide of an unborn child. He’s also charged with dismembering a human body, various motor vehicle offenses, and concealment of a homicidal death.

Alton police chief Marcos Pulido recorded a video, in which he referred to Holloway as a “savage monster.”

Liese Dodd was beheaded and “brutally murdered,” Pulido said. She and Deundrea Holloway dated on and off for approximately two years. Dodd’s due date was at the end of July.

According to Chief Pulido, the family was planning a baby shower that was to take place at the end of June. Now, unfortunately, the devastated family must plan for a funeral.

According to a news source, Holloway’s bail has been set at $2 million.

Man Allegedly Stabs Family Members

True Crime Machine discovered that an investigation was launched on June 8 after three missing people had not been seen since June 6. Adam, Melissa, and Jonathan Moore had not been seen or heard from for two days. Deputies responded to their home on Whites Point Lane and discovered the bodies of Melissa and Adam Moore.

Police concluded that both victims suffered multiple stab wounds and Adam Moore had the letter “X” carved into his back. The letters “JT” and “M” were allegedly smeared in blood on the wall outside of the bedroom.

The Sheriff’s Office investigated further and obtained arrest warrants for Jonathan Moore. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of using the knife in the commission of a felony.

The Sheriff’s Office located Jonathan Moore’s car in Lynchburg, Virginia on June 9. Police responded to the city and reportedly took him into custody. He is being held without bond in Blue Ridge Regional Jail.

A headless body was discovered buried in the woods behind a Georgia Burger King yesterday.

True Crime Machine has learned that a pedestrian who was exploring the woods behind the fast food restaurant came across the corpse.

The Macon, Georgia Burger King is located near Romeiser Driver, off of Eisenhower Parkway. The body was only skin and bones, and Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones told WGXA news that the body will have to be removed very carefully in an effort to preserve any evidence that may be left.

Jones went on to explain that they will have to use shovels to dig around the body in an effort to make sure that all of the body ends up in a body bag. He also stated that the body has been there for a long time.

As of the publishing of this article, there has been no identification made of the victim, and police have not released any other information regarding the victim.
